Transport
Located opposite the infamous Custom House, Element78 is in the heart of the city.
The area is surrounded by tech companies and financial firms with growing entrepreneurial energy.
On-site secure parking is available. If you prefer to cycle to work, there are bike racks to lock your bike along with storage lockers. If you like a morning workout or lunchtime run there are showers on site to freshen up too.
Amenities
The range of public transport options on the doorstep of the building is ideal including Luas and Dublin Bus, with a separate entrance to the Tara dart station direct to our Plaza.
The outside seating area within the plaza is a great place to relax and take a break between meetings. There is a range of amenities in the immediate area including coffee shops, restaurants and gyms to name but a few Shoe Lane Coffee, FLYEfit CHQ gym and the lovely Vintage Kitchen restaurant.

We take our clients health and wellbeing very seriously. We are a Covid-19 compliant site, following all government guidelines. Floor markings, hand sanitiser, disinfectant wipes and anti-bac sprays are available and located near all high touch points, meeting rooms, kitchen and bathrooms ensuring your safety.
