#IPUT is understood to be in negotiations with #Microsoft to secure a deal for space in Dublin Landings in the heart of the Docklands. The property has a BER A3 rating and is on target to achieve LEED Platinum certification. In 2019 IPUT was the first Irish property company to sign the UN principles for responsible investment. This commitment is clearly paying off.
